Have you ever wondered about how something is transformed from an idea into something that can be touched and used? In this course you will take an idea from concept to physical product via 3D design and 3D printing and assemble a prototype.

This CAD/CAM 3 credit hours course is a computer-aided design and computer-aided manu- facturing class that picks up where RPID 1005 left off. Use computer software to both design and manufacture products, use computer technology for design and design documentation. This course also includes an Industry Shadow opportunity!
