The Albuquerque Public Schools Private Schools Unit provides a limited menu of special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools. The Private School Liaison will consult with parents and staff to discuss appropriate interventions and to determine the need for a multi-disciplinary evaluation. If a child is found eligible for services, the Multidisciplinary team will then develop a Private School Service Plan to include recommended modifications and accommodations for the school staff for the benefit of the student.
