Evaluation Services

City Center 200 West
6400 Uptown Blvd. NE 87110
Phone: 505-855-9900

Student evaluation in APS is completed by more than 100 cluster based Educational Diagnosticians who are located throughout the district, both at individual school locations and at Aztec Complex.

While most questions regarding the evaluation and placement process can be answered successfully at the individual school or cluster locations, this office is also available to school administration, parents, and community members who are seeking information beyond what the school can provide.

Preschool students with possible disabilities (ages three and four years old), contact Mabel Contreras at Aztec Complex, 298-6752 x 3370.

Students with possible disabilities or Giftedness (Kindergarten - 12th grade), contact your neighborhood school.
