Student accidents must be reported on the Student Acident Report form.

Visitor accidents must be reported on the Visitor Accident Report form.

Claims for Damages:
The district's liability is governed by the New Mexico State Tort Claims Act
(§41-4-16 NMSA (1978)).

To submit a claim for damages or compensation, the Act requires that a
Tort Claim Notice
must be filed.

Your claim will be investigated and compensation awarded based on the
legal liability the Albuquerque Public Schools may have in relation to the
incident.
