Fire drills are held on a regular basis.  Please discuss and practice evacuation procedures with your students.  Remember:

 *Post your evacuation route.  The fire marshal will look for it.
 *Students should exit in a safe and orderly manner, stand a safe distance from building, and be supervised by the teacher.
 *Close all doors and windows in the classroom.
 *Teachers must carry attendance records and take attendance once their students are  outside and safe.
 *Three consecutive bells signal a safe return to the classroom.
