An email account and ISP (internet service provider) is available for all APS employees.This is a free service and is also available from your home.  If you have any questions, please see the Technology Coordinator.  The staff password request form, signed by the Principal, is needed to secure access to the APS network.This form is then sent to the Information Technology Office. You will receive a notice with your email address.  Please save this notice, it has your password on it.  You are the only one that receives the password.  If it is lost, you will have to reapply. Please let the Technology Coordinator know what your email address is so you can be added to the Lavaland mail list.  The Technology Coordinator will set up your email and internet on your classroom computer.

You can also request an email address for your classroom.  This can be handy when doing projects.  Students are not allowed to have individual addresses through APS.

Lavaland Staff is encouraged to use email to contact each other as often as possible.  If you need something from the office or another teacher, send an email!   The office staff will also begin to send out requests to the staff on email.  If you have an idea for the Monday Memo send it to Mr. Carrillo.  His email address is jozapeel@uswest.net.

The staff roster has a listing of all email addresses.  Please be sure to keep this information confidential.   We do keep a lavaland staff email list so that you can contact the staff on certain issues.    If we all begin to check email several times a day and use it with each other then hopefully we can save a little precious time!
