Uniform Policy:
All children are expected
to wear the appropriate school uniform daily. These are the basic guidelines. If you need an extensive list, please ask your child's classroom teacher or the office staff and they will be happy to give you one. If your family is having a
difficult time purchasing uniform items, or circumstances are interfering
with your child wearing a uniform daily, talk to your child's teacher
or call the school and ask to talk to the school counselor.

Here in Albuquerque the weather has a mind of it's own! If at any given time the weather does look questionable, keep a close eye on the local forecast- either on the television or on the radio. Please do not call the school and/or the APS district office since this ties up the phone lines. APS rarely makes a weather based decision before 6:00 am on a school day. Also, listen closely since school delays or cancellations may only affect the APS mountain schools. *cancellation= If the district calls for cancellation, it simply means that the schools will be closed on that day. Please keep in mind that canceled days may have to be made up. Also, the office and the entire school will not be open on a canceled school day. School Emergencies: Your children's safety as well as your assurance that your children are in a safe environment is our goal.
Please take time to discuss school and bus safety rules with your
child. Playground accidents can happen in a blink of an eye!
It is so important that your child knows that you are taking an active role
in his/her school activities!
