Staff Focus At the school level, faculty and staff are viewed as the most valuable assets of the organization. At the classroom level, the students are the most valuable assets. Training is provided to staff on best instructional practices and to students on classroom procedures. Surveys measure levels of student and staff satisfaction each spring. The information from these surveys is analyzed to further determine where to make improvements in our school systems.
