Leadership The focus of this category is to be certain leaders of the system are setting and communicating direction, reporting results, and working to continuously improve the system. At GOK, we use our school vision and mission statements to communicate what we are trying to accomplish. All of our classrooms have mission statements created by the teachers and students. These mission statements indicate what each classroom is going to accomplish by the end of the school year. School and classroom results are posted and shared with our parents in a results letter at the end of the year.
