Welcome to McKinley Middle School. We are a comprehensive middle school offering a variety of opportunities for students. We attract a wide variety of students interested in increasing their technological skills.

Instructional Council - Minutes
The Instructional Council (I.C.) meets every two weeks to discuss McKinley instructional goals and developments. It consists of Department Chairs and Administrative Personnel.

Nurse
McKinley has a full time nurse, Ms. Mary Ann Jontz. If students need medical attention, they should ask for a pass from their teacher to come to the nurse.

A formed signed by a physician must be presented in order for any medication to be given. The nurse may not dispense aspirin or any other over-the-counter medication without a parent consent form.

We are also fortunate to have mental health services available through Albuquerque Child Guidance. Parents, teachers, counselors or administrators can refer students who need more specific counseling or support groups to the program.
