Griegos is a Blue Ribbon School! This is the work of everyone for the last six years and is a very high honor bestowed upon schools of excellence. November 14-16 Mrs. Schatzinger and Mr. Graham will be in Washington D.C. to receive the award from Secretary Duncan.

Welcome to Griegos, the finest elementary school in New Mexico. As a combined team of parents, teachers and students we can achieve and meet the highest standards we set for ourselves or those mandated by the state.

We have a strong sense of community at Griegos and high parent involvement. This involvement helps all children achieve to the maximum extent possible. The effort of the PTA in fundraising events has a direct impact on student achievement and well being. Please become as involved as possible, the results will be well worth the effort and time put forth.
