Fall Registration for
Incoming Kindergarten Students

Wednesday, April 16th

9:00 to 11:00 in the cafeteria  --  1:30 - 3:30 in the office               

            

You will need these things to register your child for kindergarten in APS:
  • Child's birth certificate (must be 5 prior to September 1st, 2008
  • 2 different emergency contact names and phone numbers
  • Child's shot record and any health concerns
  • Doctor's name / phone number
  • Proof of residency (utility bill or lease contract) or copy of transfer letter
  • Current preschool or childcare information
  • Copy of child's IEP, if applicable
  • Transfer approval papers

Bring your child
to visit our school.
Kindergarten Open House
will be April 24th
from 3:45 to 4:30
in the Kindergarten classrooms
