ATTENDANCE ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES The following attendance procedures are to be followed by teachers at Eisenhower Middle School.
* Attendance should be taken each period within the first 10 minutes of class on the ICUE screen. Please be accurate. The absence list is created first period and checked frequently throughout the day. If a parent has not called an absence in, a phone call will be made to the home.
* Each teacher should have up-to-date class lists in their sub folders since subs will not have access to your on-line attendance. The sub will take the attendance manually (only marking the absent/tardy students) and the attendance student aides will pick up the marked class lists. Please leave these instructions for your subs.
* If a student is in SOS or home suspended, they should be marked absent from your class.
* If a student comes in late with a pass from the attendance office, the attendance office will adjust the attendance. If a student comes in with a pass from some place else, you can either adjust your ICUE attendance, or let the attendance office know and they will adjust it for you.
