Closed Week
Policies & Procedures
Closed week is intended to keep students in classes and focused on end-of-the-year academic activities.
The following procedure outlines closed week:
• No field trips
• No night activities
• No activities that would result in students being pulled from classes
• No media center book check out
• No hall or cafeteria use for groups
• No hall passes except in cases of emergency
Closed week will begin May (TBA), 2006.
Eighth-grade activity day is May (TBA), 2006. The 8th-grade promotion ceremony is May (TBA), 2006, at (TBA)PM.
