Registration Information

Apache's Office is closed for the summer and will reopen on August 1, 2013. Registration information for the 2013-2014 school year is available on the website. If you want to refer to information prior to August 1, click on the links to download and print registration materials.
In August, please bring your child's:

1. Birth certificate
2. Shot records
3. Proof of residency
4. CIB if your child has one

Your child must turn 5 years old by August 31, 2013 for her/him to begin Kindergarten in the coming 2013-2014 school year.

You may also want to bring:

1. Name of Doctor or Pediatrician
2. Doctor's Phone Number
3. Names if emergency contacts
4. Phone numbers of emergency contacts
