Areas of Focus

To aggressively put the plan into motion, we have identified four areas of focus. Within each area, we have defined specific goals, and objectives, and outlined strategies and tactics.

The areas are as follows:

We have developed top line goals and objectives that are supported by strategies and tactics. Measurements of the plan’s success are clearly defined and are purposely divided into several areas, allowing for a check and balance system.
