AP enrollment ensures students have access to rigorous college and career ready curricula. Research shows that students who participate in AP courses, regardless of the grades earned or scores earned on the AP Exam, perform better in their first year of college than students who do not enroll in these types of courses but who were equally capable. In an effort increase AP options for students APS now offers 27 of the 34 approved AP courses from the College Board.
