VISION
The academic vision of Albuquerque Public Schools is to serve our community by educating and promoting our students using the fundamental principles of equity and equality.

MISSION
The mission of APS’ Academic Department is to provide the best educational services possible for all students.
We strive to offer all of our students equal access to a successful learning experience with the goal of producing life-long learners.
On a daily basis, we focus on providing the tools needed for a post secondary educational setting, or for a career path. Ultimately the reason we do what we do is to invest into our future citizens, our community and tomorrow’s leaders.
