Work Permits - November 2009 Revision

Note: This procedural directive was reviewed and revised in October 2010. We provide this revision for historic purposes only. Please refer to the current procedural directive.

Work permits will normally be issued at the school level. Regulations governing the issuance of student work permits will be sent to the schools prior to the beginning of the school year. Questions regarding the regulations may be directed to the Student Support Services Office.

Work permit forms are available from the New Mexico Labor Commission, 505 Marquette St.., NW, Suite 840, Albuquerque, NM 87102, telephone (505) 248-5115.
