J.23 Special Education Policy - August 2008 Revision

The Board of Education is committed to providing a free appropriate public education for all students with disabilities. The Superintendent is directed to develop and implement procedures that are compliant with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, its implementing regulations, and state regulations established pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1412.
