IH5 – Special Services in Delivery of Instruction January 2013 Revision

Special services shall be made available when possible and when those services are a reasonable accommodation for the improvement of the instructional program and to assist students to complete the Albuquerque Public Schools instructional program.

A home and hospital instruction program shall be maintained for students K-12 who are unable to attend classes in their regular schools for a period of three (3) weeks or longer for medical reasons.
