I.04 Establishment Of Magnet Schools - January 1990 Revision

Education and program objectives established for magnet programs will be consistent with the goals and policies of the District. The formal procedures for planning, developing, and implementing magnet programs will be under the direction of the Superintendent or the Superintendent's designee and follow the instructional directives established by the administration.
