G.16 APS Police And Firearms - November 2007 Revision

The Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education hereby exercises its power to delegate to the Superintendent of Schools the ability to allow certified Albuquerque Public School Police officers to carry firearms. Albuquerque Public Schools will provide said firearms.
