B.02 Board Member Authority - April 2001 Revision

Board of Education members will have authority only when acting as a Board in regular or special session. The Board will not be bound in any way by any statement or action on the part of any individual Board member. No Board member will speak for or represent the entire Board unless so authorized by the majority of the Board.
