II – Special Education

Albuquerque Public Schools shall provide a free appropriate public education for all students with disabilities.  The superintendent shall develop and implement administrative procedural directive(s) that comply with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, its implementing regulations, and state regulations established pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1412.
