Legislative AffairsAll the latest from the 2013 Legislative Session. The New Mexico Legislature is in session from January 15 through mid-March, and APS will be there every day to advocate on behalf of our students and employees. While our main focus will be on making sure public school children receive sufficient funding, there also are a number of other items on the district’s legislative agenda.
