New Policy and Procedural Directive Regarding Direct Legislative Appropriations

APS administration has approved a new policy and procedural directive regarding direct legislative appropriations.

K.14 Direct Legislative Appropriations is a policy, approved by the Board of Education on July 21, 2010, which states that APS may request, approve or reject direct legislative appropriations from the New Mexico State Legislature.

The procedural directive, approved by the Leadership team on July 23, 2010 outlines the process the district will follow when requesting, implementing and managing direct legislative appropriations.
