New Indemnification of Contracts Policy Approved

The APS Board of Education has approved a new policy regarding indemnification of contracts.

The policy, approved by the Board of Education on September 15, 2010 states that APS may require a contractor to purchase comprehensive liability insurance in order to indemnify the Board of Education, superintendent and district personnel.
