    • Formulated and implemented a phonics-based early childhood reading program
    • Developed a math program that supplemented the district math program
    • Guided the implementation of an Early Childhood Behavior program
  • Redevelopment of Distressed Properties
    • Managed the redevelopment of several residential projects in the Albuquerque area
    • Guided the construction on these sites from start to finish of the project
