Returning Students w/Transfer Approval: Bring in the letter of approval with your enrollment packet.


All new students to SRM (including Kindergarten) must bring:

Original State Birth Certificate, for verification (cannot accept a baptismal or hospital certificate.)

Up to date Immunization Records

Proof of Residence (rental contract, lease, purchase agreement, or a PNM bill.)
